Nutrisystem Week 6 Update #NSNation

EEK! I apologize for my late update this week. Things are always crazy around here. This past week, we had to move the furniture out of the house, tear up the old carpet and padding, pull all the staples in the floor, lay down the new carpet and padding, and of course, stretch it…then move all the furniture back. The hallway itself took two days and a big fight to install, so even though I swore up and down that I would never touch carpet again, I caved. Needless to say, we both had plenty of physical activity this week.
I lost another lb and so did the fiance, though he never ceases to remind me that the meals are more like hors d’oeuvre’s for him. LOL.

One thing I really appreciate about Nutrisystem is the food diary that comes with my shipment every month. By keeping track of everything I ate and drank, I have been able to pinpoint allergies/reactions to:
1) Avocado. This makes me really sad because I LOVE avocado. However, the stomach pain is not worth its yummy goodness.
2) Cow milk. My acne flares up after drinking cow milk, so I’ve been drinking the unsweetened, 35-45 calorie per serving almond and coconut milk instead. It’s better for my waistline in the long run.
