Nutrisystem Week 4 Results #NSNation

Another one bites the dust! Another pound down ~ WOOT WOOT!!!! Here’s the breakdown:

A friend of mine also started Nutrisystem and it is just crazy how the results vary. She lost as much as I’ve lost this entire month in a matter of days. What’s up with that?! We were talking about it and our theory was that she wasn’t eating enough, whereas my problem is the exact opposite.
I may not be losing a lot according to the scale, but my pants are way loose and my stomach is visibly flatter. I basically have to fold down the waist when I’m not wearing a belt.
My fiance’s racked up quite an impressive beer belly this past year, so he’s really dreading the transition. You’ll see reports from the both of us starting next week! His best friend says he’s jealous because he and his girlfriend have been thinking about trying Nutrisystem. Here’s our chance to prove that it really works.

The muffin looks really small, but with a protein shake, I feel full. If you’re really hungry, you can add a piece of fruit.
I like a lot of herbs and pepper in my chicken noodle soup, so what you see in there is lots of black pepper and thyme. Makes it seem more homemade.
The dinner shown is a frozen Asian-style beef entree. You can add extra veggies and you can jazz it up with crushed red pepper.
