Noxicare: Natural Pain Relief?
|July 18, 2012||Filed under Reviews|
Noxicare contains many active ingredients that you may often work with in your kitchen, such as turmeric, ginger, rosemary extract, and holy basil. If you need pain relief in a targeted area, this cream may be a great choice. It’s suitable for inflammation, muscle aches AND nerve pain.
Why do I choose natural pain relief? Well, for starters, I choose it because I can pronounce the ingredients on the label. However, upon reading the inactive ingredients, I saw the word petrolatum, which isn’t something typically included in “natural” products. It does occur naturally, but it is such a highly controversial ingredient. I personally prefer to avoid petrolatum, so I am hesitant to recommend it.
The other controversial ingredient that I recognized is phenoxyethanol, which to my knowledge is a preservative and an irritant for some people. According to the FAQ‘s, this product also contains parabens. I don’t know what your skincare preferences are, but if you are trying to avoid any of these ingredients, then your choice is obvious.
As for the positives, the cream is non-greasy as stated and doesn’t have any unpleasant odors (I say this because some “odorless” products can still have strange odors).
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
